TWITRD — The Woman In The Red Dress — is a premium law enforcement intelligence platform purpose-built for detectives, intelligence analysts, surveillance teams, digital forensics officers, prosecutors, and counter-terrorism units. The name is a deliberate inversion: the most famous distraction in cinema, repurposed as the antithesis of distraction.
The platform provides a secure, structured environment for managing investigations, evidence chains, surveillance media, and inter-agency intelligence — built to court-ready standards. Every action is logged. Every file has a chain. Every case has an owner.
TWITRD is not a consumer product. It is a premium government and law enforcement SaaS solution, licensed per unit or department. It operates on a zero-trust, zero-persistence architecture — no cloud retention, no server-side logs, no third-party data exposure.
TWITRD is designed for professional law enforcement and intelligence personnel operating in high-stakes, evidence-sensitive environments. The platform is not suitable for general consumer use and requires departmental licensing.
TWITRD is structured as a unified platform with discrete operational modules. Each module is accessible from the persistent sidebar navigation and maintains its own data context within the active session.
The standard workflow for opening a new investigation and establishing the evidence chain.
Configuring and monitoring a live surveillance operation linked to an active case.
Building an intelligence picture from multiple sources and linking to an active case.
The Live Cameras module is a professional-grade Video Management System (VMS) built into the TWITRD platform. It provides the same core functionality as enterprise VMS solutions such as IndigoVision Control Center and Milestone XProtect, within a secure, case-linked operational context.
TWITRD is built on a zero-trust, zero-persistence architecture. Security is not a feature layer — it is the foundation. Every design decision prioritises evidence integrity, operational security, and court admissibility.
TWITRD is designed to meet or exceed the compliance requirements for law enforcement evidence management, federal information security, and international data protection standards. The following standards are addressed by the platform architecture.
TWITRD is designed for flexible deployment across different operational security requirements. The platform supports three deployment tiers, each with increasing levels of data isolation and operational security.
Browser-based access via secure HTTPS. Suitable for administrative and analytical roles. Data stored in encrypted browser storage. Session wipe on logout.
Platform and encrypted data schema bound to a hardware USB token. The platform only operates when the authorised USB is present. Data is encrypted to the USB hardware ID.
Full air-gap deployment for TOP SECRET operations. Platform runs on isolated hardware with no network connectivity. Data transfer via encrypted USB only.
TWITRD is designed for rapid onboarding by law enforcement professionals. The platform follows familiar VMS and case management conventions, minimising the learning curve for experienced officers. The following training pathway is recommended for new deployments.
